The process of having Homes Unlimited to manage a long-term rental property:

  1. Contact us directly via email, Wechat, or phone.
  2. We will schedule a 1-on-1 consultation with you to understand your need.
  3. We will post the information of your property on multiple platforms, examine the qualifications of potential tenants, check property status, support the move-in process, and sign the formal lease agreement.
  4. We will send you monthly bill and support lease renewal at the end of a year.
  5. Services can be conducted via Tenant Cloud with your consent.

Short-term Rental
Management

The process of having Homes Unlimited to manage a short-term rental property:

  1. Contact us directly via email, Wechat, or phone.
  2. We will schedule a 1-on-1 consultation with you to understand your need.
  3. We will conduct a short-term rental market analysis and a field study (with additional fee)
  4. Sign a property management agreement
  5. We will post the information of your property on multiple platforms, take pictures, write descriptions, set rental rules, find tenants, and arrange cleaning services.
  6. We will send you monthly bill.
